And I would like to turn the conference over to Sachin Aggarwal, CEO. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you, operator, and good day to everyone who's joining us this morning. Also joining me on the call today is our CFO, John Hayes, who is going to review the financial results in more detail after I discuss some operational achievements during the first quarter of 2023.
I'm proud to say, very proud to say that Q1 was another record for us in terms of revenue. And we also reported our second quarter in a row of solid positive adjusted EBITDA. With the major five-year $40 million SaaS agreement that we announced in the quarter and the expected conversion rate of our sales pipeline in our software and data division, we're confident that we should continue to set new revenue
