Trigon Metals Inc Update Transcript
I'm Jed Richardson, President and CEO of Trigon Metals. I want to say Happy New Year for 2020. This is a little update that we're putting together, so that our shareholders can be keyed in and let them know what's going on within the company.
So start back in November, we had our Annual General Meeting. And at that point, we put in new directors, David Shaw and Daye Kaba. David Shaw has a long career in engineering and geology. He's been involved in building a number of companies, and we're really pleased to have him part of the Board here at Trigon. And Daye Kaba is a multilingual corporate lawyer, a key piece as we build this company into a multi-jurisdiction African-focused copper company. We're happy to have them join our Board and our corporate governance team.
Later in the month, we announced some exciting news out of Morocco. We signed an MOU to secure a new project, the Silver Hill or Aourir N'kort property in Morocco. It's a 16 square kilometer property with multiple showings of copper and silver. This is in the
