I'm Steve Cope. I am the President & CEO of Silver Viper Minerals. We're thrilled again to be back in person in an another Red Cloud Conference. I'd like to thank the team for the invite. As always, we've been thrilled. We've been a long-time partner with Red Cloud, and it's great to be back in person to see the team.
So exciting news for Silver Viper that we're going to highlight early on in this presentation. We just announced an LOI for an acquisition this week of Canasil Resources. We are thrilled with this announcement; it's something we've been working on for a long time.
Across the history of our group, we've worked with Canasil multiple times. There's always been this appetite where we've wanted to get some of these other assets from them. We continue to work with them, and then, finally, the timing was right in this crappy market that we're in. But it created an opportunity where we were able to get a deal done and acquire a very nice package of 10 projects from Canasil as well as an NSR that belongs to
