Friends and investors, welcome to the Tethys Oil AGM Presentation 2020. We were supposed to meet in Stockholm on the 13th of May to hold our Annual General Meeting. But as you know, the world is a rather strange place right now and nothing is normal. So instead, we have taken this opportunity to address you on our website and give a rundown of what happened during 2019, which actually was a -- quite a good year, successful year for Tethys Oil.
We had record production, 12,832 barrels of oil per day. We had the highest number of reserves ever recorded. We distributed $28.5 million to our shareholders. Blocks 3&4, apart from record production, saw a continued high prospectivity with a number of additional possibilities to find more oil. On Block 49, we identified a nice prospect that's ready to be drilled, and we hope to have a well drilled during the course of 2020. And Block 56 is a new addition to the family, where we farmed in to the tune of 20% in late 2019.
