Thanks for joining us. So, our next presentation is from TETRA Technologies. To my right, I have Elijio Serrano, the CFO, and Matt Sanderson, Chief Commercial Officer, to my far right. Thank you, gentlemen, for joining us.
And my name is Stephen Gengaro, by the way. I'm the oil service analyst at Stifel. So, let's just start, maybe Elijio, with just a quick rundown of your -- I call three business segments or two-segments plus opportunities. Let's start there.

Maybe just a quick overview of TETRA -- publicly traded company trailing 12-months revenue of $569 million in revenue. Consensus EBITDA this year is about $100 million. About half of our revenue comes from our onshore business focused mainly around water treatment
