Good morning, everyone. We'll get started a few minutes after 9:00. Thanks very much for coming along in this hot steamy morning. At least it's nice and cool in here, and like I say it.
Before we begin the presentation, I just wanted to acknowledge a key member of the team, who's contributed so much over the years. Chris Perry, who's sitting at the back of the room, who will be holding the microphone for one last time, trying to control your questioning. He'll be doing that for the last time today. So Chris has been running IR for 10 years now. Can you believe it? He's moving on to another senior role within the group. I think Chris, I think we'd all recognize, he's done a great job over the years and kind of shaping our approach to IR, which he inherited way back from Tom Hickey early back then, and really supporting the executive team enormously, so that we can go there and tell our story actually.
