Good afternoon, everyone, and we can get started with the next session. Kicking off the afternoon with Thoughtworks, I'm Ashwin Shirvaikar, I'm Citi's IT Services Analyst. And it's my pleasure to introduce from Thoughtworks, Erin Cummins, who is the CFO; and Chris Murphy, who's the Chief Revenue and Client Officer. Thank you both for coming. And so maybe a quick setup with who is Thoughtworks. So let me just leave it there a couple of minutes and that we can get into the other questions.
