Thank you, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. As it is now 2:30, I will ask that the meeting come to order. Welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure. My name is Tom Dea. I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tidewater, -- and accordingly, I will be the Chairman for this meeting.
