Steve, maybe just to start. In the first quarter, your acute care trends were perhaps a little bit softer than the Street was expecting. I think you characterized them as being more or less in-line, maybe slightly below your internal plan. You saw a little bit of a reversal in acuity, a little bit of an acceleration in medical cases, a little bit of a deceleration or lack of growth in surgical. Maybe now that you've had some more time to reflect back on the quarter, is there anything that you've learned around any of the trends that are worth sharing?
