Great. Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you for joining us for the Uniti session here at NAREIT. My name is David Barden, I'm the telecommunications and communications infrastructure analyst for Bank of America, and I'm really pleased to have been welcomed -- invited to host CEO, Kenny Gunderman, of Uniti for this presentation and this Q&A. Hopefully, we will get to some Q&A at the end. When we do, after you ask your question, I'll have to repeat it for the live webcast. And with that, I'll kick it off.
