All right, great. We'll get started. Hi, everybody. I'm Ross Gilardi, senior machinery analyst based in New York. Thanks for joining us this afternoon. I hope everybody is having a productive couple of days seeing all the companies at the conference.
We're really pleased to have United Rentals with us again this year. And we're really fortunate to have new incoming CEO, Matt Flannery, who's been at the company for a long time, from the ground up; and new CFO -- relatively new CFO, Jessica Graziano as well, who was here last year.
