Okay, Kim, thank you very much. Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us here today. I thought I would shake things up a little bit this morning and essentially start with the end, because so much has changed for Universal here over the last 12 months. A year ago, we were right in the middle of the whole COVID situation. And our situation has changed dramatically as we look back at 2021 and how we entered 2022.
