Uniserve Communications Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Kelly Walker, and I'm the President and CEO of Uniserve Communications Corporation. On behalf of the Board, I welcome you to the first Annual General Meeting held by video conference. For this meeting, I will act as Chairman and also Recording Secretary. Anita Basi of Computershare will act as scrutineer of this meeting.
After we have dealt with all the formalities or formal items of business, I will turn the floor over to those who are joining for a question-and-answer period.
