Vermilion Energy Inc at JPMorgan Energy Conference Transcript
Welcome to day 2 of the energy conference. Got a little buzz with CNBC just outside the door doing some interviews with some senior executives. Very delighted to have Vermilion Energy to kick us off on day 2.
This is one of the most interesting and unique business models within the upstream space with the company focused on a diversified set of operations. And really given the investor combination of a modicum of growth and free cash flow generation which they return to you, delighted to have Tony Marino, the CEO, to present today. He joined Vermilion in 2012 as COO and was named President in 2014, and he became CEO in 2016. Prior to joining Vermilion, he was President and CEO of Baytex, and he had previous senior roles at Dominion Energy as well.
