So good afternoon, everybody, and thank you for joining the Valens session. Valens is a fabless semiconductor company operating in 2 large and fast-growing markets. One is automotive and the other is audio-video. Valens Semiconductors is a public company trading in the New York Stock Exchange. It was listed in September 2021. And it enjoys a fast-mover advantage with its standard setting wired, high-speed connectivity solution deployed over simple and low-cost infrastructure. It's chipsets are found in median of audio-video products globally. And in terms of the automotive market, the chips are installed in Mercedes Benz car since 2020 and it's A5 compliant chipsets will play an important role in safety systems and autonomous driving.
