Okay. Welcome, everybody to Valmet's press conference regarding Valmet's proposal to start discussions on a statutory merger between Valmet and Neles. My name is Pekka Rouhiainen. I'm Head of the Investor Relations at Valmet. And with me today are Pasi Laine, Valmet's CEO; and Kari Saarinen, CFO.
