My name is David Lewis, Medical Device Analyst here at Morgan Stanley, thanks for sticking with us here as you progress into the afternoon at Day 3 of our 2019 Healthcare Conference. I think the fundamental question which you've been hearing about a year, the -- there's consistent commercial momentum in this business for 4 straight quarters. And this last quarter, there was a bit of a disconnect in terms of order growth, which obviously had a significant impact on the stock price.
