Good morning, and welcome to the Vista Outdoor's Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Michael Callahan. Please go ahead.
Good morning. My name is Michael Callahan, and I'm the Chairman of the Board of Vista Outdoor. On behalf of the Board, I'd like to welcome you to Vista Outdoor's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
It's just after 9:00 and time to call the meeting to order. I'll act as Chair of this meeting and our Corporate Secretary, Dylan Ramsey, will act as Secretary.
