All right. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us for the 9:30 session on day 1 of the REITworld 2020 Virtual Investor Conference. My name is Jonathan Hughes. I'm one of the real estate analysts with Raymond James. And I'm pleased to be talking with the team members of the Ventas team, all of whom are healthy and I hope the same for our listeners and their families.
