Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the annual general and special meeting of Voxtur Analytics Corporation. Please note that the meeting will be recorded. I would like to introduce Mr. James Kelsey, Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Good morning, everyone. We'll begin the meeting as it is now 9:00 AM. I am James Kelsey, Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Voxtur Analytics Corp. And I will chair the meeting today in Nick's absence. Wish to welcome all of our shareholders and invited guests who are joining us this morning. We are pleased to host the meeting through TSX Trust Company's virtual meeting platform, accessible to all of our shareholders regardless of physical location to participate, submit questions, and vote.
