I would like to inform you that in the note of Article 1 and 2 of the Commercial Companies Code, the management board of the company convened the extraordinary general meeting of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and subject matter of today's meeting is the adoption of the resolutions that are presented in the report that is published on the company's website, together with the notice of calling this meeting.
