Good afternoon, and a warm welcome to all of you at another conference call at which we'll summarize and recap the results of the third quarter, this time around of 2023. Let me start by a couple of general comments. With a couple of those comments, despite unfavorable events and the headwinds, especially in the wake of the pandemic and the effects and the aftermath of the pandemic as well as the war and very dangerous war in Ukraine, despite many unreasonable attacks, backlash targeted against Poland's biggest company, which was listed among 5 largest as well as 20 most developed and fast developing
