Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, holders of depository receipts of shares, I hereby open this meeting and warmly welcome you to this virtual -- unfortunately virtual, once again, EGM. Present are Robert Swaak, CEO; Hanneke Dorsman, Secretary of this meeting; and myself, Tom de Swaan as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
