Okay. Good morning. Good morning, and thanks to those of you who have taken the trouble to get here. It's good to see you. Thanks to -- and welcome to those of you who are joining us by video or by Internet. This is a combined -- or the combined Annual General Meeting of the Accor shareholders, 17th of May. We will spend whatever time we need to cover including your questions, by the way. We have a number of things we'd like to tell you about for a certain amount of information we want to share. And I hereby announce this combined AGM underway.
