Thank you very much, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for being with us this morning for our conference call on the H1 2021 results.

I would start with the conclusion on the North America accounting review, then dive into the H1 highlights. Uwe will go through the financial performance of the first semester and on several bridges supporting our midterm targets and the main drivers for revenue, operating margin and free cash flow. I will then update you on what is at the center of my job today, the group transformation and how we are accelerating it.

I would like to start on Page 4 by the main achievements of the last semester. I will come back with more details on each of them
