Good morning, and welcome to the Biogen Inc. 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting will now begin.
Good morning. I'm Stelios Papadopoulos, and I'm the Chairman of the Board of Biogen. And I would like to welcome all of you to the 2019 Annual Stockholder Meeting of Biogen.
I'm here today with Susan Alexander on my left, Executive VP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Biogen, who will act as Secretary of the meeting; and to my right, Michel Vounatsos, our Chief Executive Officer and (inaudible) who will make a company presentation following the conclusion of the formal portion of the meeting. I am also joined by each of the other members of our Board of Directors.
