Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Ryan Lance, Chairman and CEO of ConocoPhillips, and it's my pleasure to welcome you to the ConocoPhillips 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting. Due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, and to be consistent with our SPIRIT Values, we made the decision that this year's annual meeting is virtual only. The health and well-being of our employees, our stockholders and partners are all of utmost importance to us, but this does not represent a change to our stockholder engagement philosophy, and we remain committed to return to an in-person meeting next year.
