Good morning. My name is Herb England. I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FuelCell Energy. I will also serve as the Chairman of this 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of FuelCell Energy.
Jennifer Arasimowicz will serve as Secretary of this meeting. I now call this meeting to order.

As Corporate Secretary of the company, I confirm that notice of this meeting and the proxy statement were first made available on or about February 24, 2020 to the holders of record of the company's common stock as of February 14, 2020. Of the 210,968,053 shares of common stock entitled to vote at this meeting, at least 105,484,027 shares are represented at this meeting by proxy or in person. Accordingly, a quorum is present at this meeting, and I declare this meeting to be duly convened.
