Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our first quarter 2020 results. Today, we'll be covering in detail the drivers of our first quarter performance, where we already preannounced the highlights towards the end of March. We'll also be giving an update to our guidance and for the remainder of 2020, and outline some of the underlying developments that we've seen and taken in times of COVID-19.
We were already on track for a really outstanding first quarter in January and February pre-COVID-19, but then experienced extraordinary demand in the latter half of March throughout all our markets in a very short span of time that required an incredible amount of work for the team across all the
