Thank you, Kevin. Good morning, and welcome to Incyte's Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2018 Earnings Conference Call and Webcast. I am joined on the call today by Hervé, Barry and Steven as well as by Paul Trower, our Principal Accounting Officer, who will deliver the financial section of our prepared remarks.
