Okay. Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you for being here. My name is Alexia Howard. I've been the U.S. packaged food analyst at Bernstein here since 2005. It's my great pleasure to welcome in-person, Miguel Patricio, the CEO of Kraft Heinz since 2019. And prior to that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at AB InBev.
Certainly, my gosh, it's been a very intense first few years and obviously, not only dealing with the pandemic, but now all the supply chain disruptions that have been hitting the industry over the last year or so. But also, there have been a lot of success stories at Kraft Heinz, particularly over the last year or so as the company has started to introduce a better long-term earnings growth algorithm. They've moved up in the power ranking surveys from Kantar Retail, which really sort of reflects an improving relationship with the retailers here in North America, also being recognized as one of the top marketers across the whole of consumer by the advertising age group.
