Good afternoon, good morning wherever you are. A warm welcome to this conversation regarding the '21/'22 financial year results of Kapsch TrafficCom. We will have 2 presenters today. It's our CEO, Georg Kapsch; our CFO, Andreas Hammerle. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. Well, thank you very much, Hans. I'm very happy to have my CFO colleague next to me, Andreas Hammerle. I'm not CFO anymore, as you know. And I'm personally concentrating on market development, and I think that's very important for us because our heading is growth, again. And that's where I want to endeavor.
