Q2 2019 RWE AG Earnings Call Transcript
Thank you very much, and good morning to everyone on the phone and to those of you who are joining us via webcast. I'm joined here by Markus Krebber for the presentation on the first half of fiscal year 2019.
As we already announced the upgrade of our full year guidance 2 weeks ago, today we present the details of the figures for the first half. As with our previous presentations, we will concentrate on RWE stand-alone.
So let me hand over to Markus.
Yes. Thank you, Gunhild, and a warm welcome to everyone. It has been a very good first half of fiscal 2019 for RWE on the back of an outstanding trading performance. This enabled us to raise the outlook for this year, and I can also confirm our target to pay a dividend of EUR 0.80 per share for 2019. At the end of June, we completed the conversion of our preferred shares into common shares. We now only have a single share class, which is in line with international
