Good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining us on day 2. We're going to keep things rolling with the team from Stanley Black & Decker. We have Stanley's new CFO, Patrick Hallinan, joining us as well as familiar face in Investor Relations. Everyone knows Dennis Lange.
So Patrick, if you want to just kind of give us some opening remarks. I know you have some slides online, maybe with refer to folks at home can click along. But maybe give us a lay of the way in first, and then, we'll dive into some Q&A.
