I lead the U.S. semiconductor and semi-cap equipment research team and absolutely delighted to have Shelagh Glaser, CFO of Synopsys, joining us this morning. So give us a sense of how it has gone so far, what's been the positives and things that can be improved on from your perspective?

Sure. I mean, it's been a whirlwind. I knew this company. I worked at Intel for 29 years, then did SaaS and then came to this company. So it's kind of like the mix of those 2 things, because we're in service of silicon engineers, but we sell them software. So the pace has been
