Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to Telecom Italia Q4 2019 Financial Results and 2020-2022 Plan Conference Call. Mrs. Carola Bardelli, Head of Investor Relations, will introduce the event.
Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and a very warm welcome to our Capital Market Day. As you know, it is going to be a virtual CMD. Our CEO, Luigi Gubitosi, will provide an update on what we delivered so far, and he will illustrate our 2020-2022 plan; Pietro Labriola, TIM Brasil CEO, will speak about achievements and goals in Brazil; and our CFO, Giovanni Ronca, will explain Q4 results.
