Good afternoon. Thank you all for joining us today. We're really thrilled to have the attendance that we have. So thank you. With everything going on, thank you for making the special effort to be here. And I'd also like to thank those that are joined by webcast as well. My name is Mary Winn Pilkington. And our focus for our time today is to allow you to interact with our new CEO and President, Hal Lawton. And we're really wanting to allow some time for that. So we'll have prepared remarks, followed by Q&A and then we'll have some time afterwards where we'll have a reception afterwards. So thank you.
