Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the United States Steel Corporation.
I would like to turn the conference over to Mr. David Sutherland, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Again, my name is Dave Sutherland. I'm Chairman of the Board, and welcome to U.S. Steel's 118th Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will act as Chairman of this meeting and call the meeting to order.
In light of the public health concerns surrounding COVID-19, the pandemic, we are holding this meeting virtually, and each of us is participating from a different location as we practice physical distancing. The health and safety of the team at U.S. Steel, our stockholders and all of our stakeholders is our highest priority.
