Good afternoon or good morning, everybody. Vaccinated or not, we all hope you are doing well and that you stay healthy and stay safe until the end of this pandemic.
But in the meantime, I think we made the perfect start of the second part of our growth plan. We realized EUR 100 million of new investments with -- and we could keep our occupancy rate at a very high level, even a little bit higher, of 99%. And we realized an EPS of EUR 0.24 or higher by 8% year-on-year.
So I think this is what we promised in the beginning of the year. This is what we had to do, and we did it. So indeed by having all this, we can say that we have a very solid start with -- and the basis and the heart in our existing portfolio with new investments and
