[Interpreted] Good morning. Welcome to the 2023 WEG Day. My name is Andre Salgueiro. And I'd like to express my appreciation for your attendance and for all of you who are online. I'd like to also thank the presence of Mr. Decio da Silva, the Chairman of the Board, and all the C-level professionals who are present here today. For us at WEG, it's a great pleasure to welcome you today for sharing with some of our projects and opportunities for growth the companies have in the upcoming years.
This year, the meeting is going to start slightly differently. We're going to have the first Q&A session, followed by a coffee break. And then when we resume our activities. We're going to return with Andre Rodrigues and Schmelzer Jr. to update you on financial aspects and strategic plans for the company.
After Harry's presentation, we're going to have a second Q&A session for you to entertain all questions concerning today. I hope you all have an excellent meeting.
