Thank you, Brian. I have a copy of the notice of the annual meeting of stockholders to be held today, April 28, 2021, together with a proxy statement for this meeting. I also have an affidavit from an Officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., certifying that the notice of the meeting and proxy statement were mailed to all stockholders of record as required by law. I also have a complete list of all stockholders in alphabetical order, which has been certified by American Stock Transfer as showing those who own stock of the company as of the close of business on March 2, 2021, which was the record date fixed by the Board of Directors to designate those stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at this meeting. According to the list of stockholders, there were 8,431,167 shares of common stock issued and outstanding on the record date and entitled to vote at this meeting.
