Well, thank you, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us at such short notice, especially given such challenging times for the world. As you'll have seen, we've announced a recommended acquisition of McKay Securities this morning. It's a great opportunity for us to accelerate our growth plans, I believe. I'm joined by Dave Benson, our CFO, and what we'd like to do is run you through a short presentation to give you some background to the proposed acquisition and then open up for any questions that you may have.
