It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Eric Ellenbogen, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chair. Sir, the floor is yours.
Good morning, everyone. Welcome, and thank you for attending our annual and special meeting of shareholders. To ensure the health and safety of our shareholders and personnel, we've decided to do today's meeting virtually by way of a live webcast. Before commencing the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to name the other members of management also online here today.
