Well, good morning to everyone, and welcome to our results presentation. Joining me today is Reeza Isaacs, our group CFO, and he and I will be taking you through the group's performance for the past financial year 2020 and providing you with some broader perspectives on our business.

As you're aware, I joined the company just on -- 6 months ago after living and working abroad for more than 20 years. And I have to say, not only is it great to be back in South Africa, but I'm also really looking forward to leading the group through what is and will undoubtedly continue to be a uniquely challenging and defining time for the organization.

When I joined in February, no one could have predicted what has subsequently transpired or envisaged the uncertainty and the volatility that would ensue. I, for one, had a very different initial 100-day plan in mind. I had contemplated or taken into account a lot of things, but certainly, not a global pandemic.
