Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for attending John Wiley & Sons 56th Annual Shareholders Meeting. I'm Jesse Wiley, Chairman of the Board. It's now 8 a.m. Eastern standard time, and I'd call this meeting to order.

First, I want to welcome those of you joining us in person and online. The polls are now open. Any shareholder that has already voted online or by proxy card does not need to do so again. However, any shareholder that has not voted or wishes to change their vote may do so now.
