Good morning. It's Jeff Silber with BMO Capital Markets. I'm the analyst that covers Waste Management, WM is the ticker. We're thrilled to be joined this morning by 2 representatives of the company, Tara Hemmer, who is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations; and Ed Egl, who is the Senior Director of Investor Relations.
