Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining this call. I'm pleased to announce Woodside has entered into a binding agreement to acquire OCI's Clean Ammonia project in Beaumont, Texas.
Before I get into the details, I would like to begin by acknowledging the First Nations people of the various lands on which we live, work, and play, and pay my respects to their elders' past, present, and emerging. I'm joining this call from Karratha and I would like to recognize the Ngarluma people as custodians of these lands.
