Ladies and gentlemen, hello. And welcome to the 2023 Wrap Technologies Special, Virtual-only Meeting of Stockholders. My name is Chris DeAlmaida. I'm Chief Financial Officer at Wrap Technologies. The Board of Directors and management appreciate your interest in attending today's special meeting.
Before we begin the formal meeting, I'd like to review a few preliminary matters. Today's special meeting will consist of three parts: first, the call to order and a formal portion of the special meeting that will be conducted by Scot Cohen, Chairman of our Board of Directors. Second, the voting will be concluded and the votes tallied. For the final portion of the special meeting, Kevin Mullins, our Chief Executive Officer, will host a short answer and question period for questions related to the day's topics, including Scot Cohen and myself.
