Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to the 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting of IKONICS Corporation. I am Glenn Sandgren, CEO of IKONICS. It is our pleasure to host this virtual meeting. Many of us have become accustomed to these online venues over the last year, and I believe it is a convenient and effective format for everyone.
In terms of agenda, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first, then our presentation, and answer your questions post presentation before we adjourn. It is now 1:01 PM Central Standard Time on April 29, and this meeting is officially called to order.
In attendance for IKONICS is our Board of Directors; Jon Gerlach, our Chief Financial Officer; Ken Hegman, our Chief Operating Officer. We are also joined here today by individuals from RSM, our independent auditors, who will be available after the presentation to address any appropriate questions. And additionally, we have a representative from the firm Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, our corporate legal counsel online.
