Worley Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Grill, and I'm the Chair of Worley Limited. On behalf of the Board and management, I'd like to welcome you to the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
We are pleased you have taken the time to join us, and thank you for your interest in and support of Worley. The group Company Secretary has confirmed that we have a quorum present, and accordingly, I declare this Annual General Meeting open.
As we gather for this meeting, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands on which we all meet today. For me here in this place we now call North Sydney, it is the Cammeraygal of the Eora Nation. We acknowledge the elders, past, present and emerging of all the lands we work and live on, and extend our respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people present.
